Our Referral Bonus Program is designed to encourage employees to refer exceptional candidates for open positions, particularly in tech and product roles. Below is a detailed outline of the referral bonus structure and estimated payouts.

Referral Bonus Structure

Tech/Product Roles

Given the critical nature and high demand of tech and product roles, we offer a competitive referral bonus to incentivize employees:

• Entry-Level Positions: $1,000
• Mid-Level Positions: $2,500
• Senior-Level Positions: $5,000
• Executive Roles (e.g., CTO, VP of Product): $10,000

Other Roles

For roles outside of the tech and product sectors, the referral bonus is structured as follows:

• Entry-Level Positions: $500
• Mid-Level Positions: $1,500
• Senior-Level Positions: $3,000
• Executive Roles: $7,000

Eligibility and Payout Process

1. Eligibility: All full-time employees of World Kinect are eligible to participate in the referral program. Temporary and contract employees are not eligible for referral bonuses.

2. Referral Submission: Employees must submit referrals through the official World Kinect employee portal, providing complete details of the candidate including resume and contact information.

3. Candidate Evaluation: Referred candidates will be reviewed by the recruitment team and must successfully complete the interview process.

4. Employment Duration: The referred candidate must remain employed with World Kinect for a minimum of 90 days for the referral bonus to be paid out.

5. Payout Schedule: Referral bonuses are paid out after the referred employee completes 90 days of employment. Bonuses are included in the referring employee’s next paycheck following the 90-day period.
