- Bonus: $5,000
- Eligibility: Full-time positions only. The referred candidate must complete a minimum of 90 days of employment.

DevOps Engineer, UI/UX Designer, Quality Assurance Engineer:
- Bonus: $4,000
- Eligibility: Full-time positions only. The referred candidate must complete a minimum of 90 days of employment.

- Eligibility: Full-time positions only. The referred candidate must complete a minimum of 90 days of employment.
Program Guidelines

Who Can Refer: All current employees of Workato are eligible to participate in the referral program.

How to Refer: Employees can submit referrals through the internal referral portal. Ensure that all relevant candidate information is provided for the referral to be valid.

Bonus Payment: The referral bonus will be paid out after the referred candidate successfully completes 90 days of employment with Workato. The bonus will be included in the employee’s next payroll cycle following the candidate's 90th day.
