Referral Bonus Details
Eligibility
- Who can refer? All current Woodward employees, except HR personnel and hiring managers directly associated with the position.
- Who can be referred? Candidates who are not currently employed by Woodward or have not been interviewed by Woodward within the past 12 months.
Bonus Structure for Tech/Product Roles
- Software Engineer: $3,000
- Product Manager: $3,500
- Data Scientist: $3,000
- UX/UI Designer: $2,500
- DevOps Engineer: $3,000
- QA Engineer: $2,500
Bonus Structure for Other Roles
- Sales Executive: $2,000
- Marketing Specialist: $1,500

Payment Terms
- The referral bonus is paid out in two installments:
- First Installment: 50% of the bonus after the referred candidate has been employed for 90 days.
- Second Installment: The remaining 50% after the candidate completes six months of employment.
