Referral Bonus Details

Eligibility

• Who can refer? All current Woodward employees, except HR personnel and hiring managers directly associated with the position.
• Who can be referred? Candidates who are not currently employed by Woodward or have not been interviewed by Woodward within the past 12 months.

Bonus Structure for Tech/Product Roles

• Software Engineer: $3,000
• Product Manager: $3,500
• Data Scientist: $3,000
• UX/UI Designer: $2,500
• DevOps Engineer: $3,000
• QA Engineer: $2,500

Bonus Structure for Other Roles

• Sales Executive: $2,000
• Marketing Specialist: $1,500
• HR Coordinator: $1,200
• Finance Analyst: $1,500

Payment Terms

• The referral bonus is paid out in two installments:
  1. First Installment: 50% of the bonus after the referred candidate has been employed for 90 days.
  2. Second Installment: The remaining 50% after the candidate completes six months of employment.
