Tech and Product Roles

For referrals in tech and product roles, we offer a tiered bonus structure based on the level of the position:

  • Junior Level Positions (e.g., Junior Developer, Associate Product Manager):

    • Bonus: $1,000
    • Payment Schedule: 50% after the referred employee completes their first 90 days, and the remaining 50% after 6 months of employment.
  • Mid-Level Positions (e.g., Software Engineer, Product Manager):

    • Bonus: $2,500
    • Payment Schedule: 50% after the referred employee completes their first 90 days, and the remaining 50% after 6 months of employment.
