Tech and Product Roles
For referrals in tech and product roles, we offer a tiered bonus structure based on the level of the position:

Junior Level Positions (e.g., Junior Developer, Associate Product Manager):
- Bonus: $1,000
- Payment Schedule: 50% after the referred employee completes their first 90 days, and the remaining 50% after 6 months of employment.
