This program is designed to reward our employees for their efforts in helping us hire top-notch professionals, particularly in tech and product roles.

Referral Bonus Details

Eligible Roles

Our referral bonus program primarily targets critical positions in the tech and product domains. However, it also extends to other roles based on the current hiring needs. Here's a breakdown of the referral bonuses offered:

• Tech Roles (e.g., Software Engineers, Data Scientists, DevOps): $5,000
• Product Roles (e.g., Product Managers, UX/UI Designers): $4,000
• Other Roles (e.g., Marketing, Sales, HR): $2,000

Referral Bonus Structure

• Initial Payment: 50% of the bonus is paid out after the referred candidate has successfully completed their first three months of employment.
• Final Payment: The remaining 50% is paid out after the candidate has been with the company for six months.

Eligibility Criteria

• The referral must be for a full-time position.
• The candidate must not have applied to Window Seater within the last 12 months.
• The referral must be submitted through the official referral submission form before the candidate applies independently.
• Only one referral bonus will be awarded per candidate. If multiple employees refer the same candidate, the bonus will be awarded to the employee whose referral was submitted first.
