Referral Bonus Structure

Tech/Product Roles

1. Software Engineer

   • Bonus Amount: $5,000
   • Payment Schedule:
     • $2,500 upon the new hire's completion of their first 3 months.
     • Remaining $2,500 upon the new hire's completion of their first year.

2. Product Manager

   • Bonus Amount: $4,000
   • Payment Schedule:
     • $2,000 upon the new hire's completion of their first 3 months.
     • Remaining $2,000 upon the new hire's completion of their first year.

3. Data Scientist

   • Bonus Amount: $5,500
   • Payment Schedule:
     • $2,750 upon the new hire's completion of their first 3 months.
     • Remaining $2,750 upon the new hire's completion of their first year.

4. UX/UI Designer

   • Bonus Amount: $3,500
   • Payment Schedule:
     • $1,750 upon the new hire's completion of their first 3 months.
     • Remaining $1,750 upon the new hire's completion of their first year.

   • Bonus Amount: $2,500
   • Payment Schedule:
     • $1,250 upon the new hire's completion of their first 3 months.
