WillScot Referral Bonus Program

WillScot recognizes the value of talented employees and encourages referrals to help build our exceptional team. Our referral bonus program is designed to reward employees who refer successful candidates, particularly in tech and product roles, but also extends to other positions within the company.

Referral Bonus Overview

• Eligibility: All full-time employees are eligible to participate in the referral program.

• Target Roles: The program primarily focuses on tech and product roles, but referrals for other positions are also welcome.

Bonus Structure

Tech/Product Roles

• Software Engineers, Product Managers, UX/UI Designers:

  • Referral Bonus: $5,000
  • Payment Schedule:
    • 50% ($2,500) paid after the new hire completes 90 days of employment.
    • Remaining 50% ($2,500) paid after 6 months of employment.

• Data Scientists, DevOps Engineers:

  • Referral Bonus: $4,000
  • Payment Schedule:
    • 50% ($2,000) paid after the new hire completes 90 days of employment.
    • Remaining 50% ($2,000) paid after 6 months of employment.

Other Roles

• Sales, Marketing, Operations:
  • Referral Bonus: $2,000
  • Payment Schedule:
    • 50% ($1,000) paid after the new hire completes 90 days of employment.
    • Remaining 50% ($1,000) paid after 6 months of employment.

Program Guidelines

• Referral Submission: Referrals must be submitted through the official referral portal to be eligible for the bonus.
• Eligibility of Candidates: The referred candidate must not have already applied for a position at WillScot within the last 6 months.
• Employment Status: The referring employee must be actively employed at the time of each bonus payment
