Referral Bonus Structure

1. Tech/Product Roles:

   • Software Engineers, Product Managers, Data Scientists:
     • Referral Bonus: $2,000
     • Conditions: The referred candidate must be successfully placed and complete a 90-day probationary period.

2. Other Technical Roles:

   • IT Consultants, System Analysts, UX/UI Designers:
     • Referral Bonus: $1,500
     • Conditions: The referred candidate must be successfully placed and complete a 90-day probationary period.

3. Non-Technical Roles:

   • Marketing, Sales, HR:
     • Referral Bonus: $1,000
     • Conditions: The referred candidate must be successfully placed and complete a 90-day probationary period.

How to Submit a Referral

• Step 1: Ensure the candidate is aware of and consents to the referral.
• Step 2: Submit the candidate’s resume and contact information through our online referral form.
• Step 3: Our team will review the candidate’s qualifications and contact them directly if there is a potential fit.

Program Terms

• Eligibility: Both employees and non-employees can participate in the referral program.
• Payout: Bonuses are paid out via direct deposit or check, within 30 days after the referred candidate completes the probationary period.
• Multiple Referrals: There is no cap on the number of referrals you can make. However, bonuses apply only to the first successful placement of each referred candidate.
• Exclusions: Ref
