Weyco Group values the power of referrals and understands that great employees know great candidates. Our referral bonus program is designed to reward team members who help us find top talent. Below is a detailed overview of the program, with a focus on tech and product roles but also applicable to other positions.

Referral Bonus Structure

The referral bonus varies depending on the role and its strategic importance to the company:

Tech/Product Roles

• Software Engineers, Product Managers, Data Analysts, etc.
  • Bonus Amount: $2,500
  • Payment Schedule:
    • $1,250 after the referred candidate completes 90 days of employment
    • $1,250 after the referred candidate completes 6 months of employment

Other Roles

• Sales, Marketing, HR, etc.
  • Bonus Amount: $1,000
  • Payment Schedule:
    • $500 after the referred candidate completes 90 days of employment
    • $500 after the referred candidate completes 6 months of employment

Eligibility Criteria

• Eligibility: All current Weyco Group employees, except for those involved in the hiring process for the referred position, are eligible to participate in the referral program.
• Referral Process:
  • Submission of a candidate must be done through the company's online referral portal.
  • The referring employee must be listed as the source on the candidate’s application at the time of submission.

Terms and Conditions

• The referral bonus is subject to taxes and will be included in the employee’s paycheck.
• Referred candidates must not be current or former employees of Weyco Group.
• In cases where multiple employees refer the same candidate, the bonus will be awarded to the first employee who submitted the candidate through the referral portal.
• The program is subject to change at the discretion of the company.
