Referral Process

1. Submit Referral: Employees must submit their referrals through the official WEX employee portal, ensuring all necessary candidate information is provided.

2. Application Review: The referred candidate's application is reviewed by the recruitment team to ensure they meet the job requirements and qualifications.

3. Interview Process: If the candidate qualifies, they will undergo the standard interview process.
