  • Bonus Amount: $3,000
  • Payment Schedule:
    • 50% after the referred candidate completes 3 months of employment
    • Remaining 50% after 6 months of employment

• UX/UI Designers, DevOps Engineers

  • Bonus Amount: $2,500
  • Payment Schedule:
    • 50% after the referred candidate completes 3 months of employment
    • Remaining 50% after 6 months of employment

Other Roles

• Marketing, Sales, HR

  • Bonus Amount: $1,500
  • Payment Schedule:
    • 50% after the referred candidate completes 3 months of employment

Eligibility Criteria

• The referring employee must be actively employed with Wendy's at the time of the bonus payment.
• The referred candidate must not have applied to the company within the past 12 months.
• The referred candidate must successfully pass all stages of the interview process and meet the qualifications for the role.

• There is no limit to the number of referrals an employee can make.
