• Eligibility Criteria:
  • The referred candidate must be hired for a full-time position in a tech/product role.
  • The candidate must successfully complete a 90-day probationary period.
• Payment Timeline:
  • 50% of the bonus is paid after the candidate completes 90 days.
  • The remaining 50% is paid after 6 months of continuous employment.
