WellDom Inc. Referral Bonus Program

At WellDom Inc., we believe that great talent knows great talent. Our Referral Bonus Program is designed to reward employees who help us find exceptional candidates for our open positions. This program applies primarily to tech and product roles, but other positions are included as well.

Referral Bonus for Tech/Product Roles

Eligibility:

• All active WellDom employees, except those involved in the hiring process for the referred candidate, are eligible to participate.
• The referred candidate must not have applied to WellDom or been in contact with our recruiters within the past 12 months.

Bonus Structure:

• Software Engineers: $5,000
• Data Scientists: $5,000
• Product Managers: $4,000
• UX/UI Designers: $3,500

Bonus Payment:

• 50% of the bonus is paid after the referred candidate completes 90 days of employment.
• The remaining 50% is paid after the referred candidate completes six months of employment.

Referral Bonus for Other Roles

Eligibility:

• Similar to tech/product roles, all employees not directly involved in the hiring process are eligible.
• The referred candidate should not have recent interactions or applications with WellDom.

Bonus Structure:

• Marketing Roles: $2,500
• Sales Roles: $2,000
• Customer Support Roles: $1,500

Bonus Payment:

• 50% after the referred candidate completes 90 days.
• The remaining 50% after six months of employment.

How to Refer a Candidate

1. Submission: Email the candidate’s resume and any relevant information to the HR department using the designated referral email.
2. Tracking: You will receive a confirmation email once your referral is submitted, and it will be tracked throughout the hiring process.
3. Notification: You will be notified if your referral is hired and the timeline for your bonus payout.
