Referral Bonus Structure

Tech / Product Roles

• Software Developer (Junior to Mid-Level)

  • Bonus Amount: $2,000
  • Payout Schedule: $1,000 after the new hire completes 3 months, and an additional $1,000 after 12 months.

• Senior Software Developer / Lead

  • Bonus Amount: $3,000
  • Payout Schedule: $1,500 after the new hire completes 3 months, and an additional $1,500 after 12 months.

• Product Manager

  • Bonus Amount: $3,500
  • Payout Schedule: $1,750 after the new hire completes 3 months, and the remaining $1,750 after 12 months.

• Data Analyst / Scientist

  • Bonus Amount: $2,500
  • Payout Schedule: $1,250 after the new hire completes 3 months, and an additional $1,250 after 12 months.

Other Roles

• Engineering (Non-Tech)

  • Bonus Amount: $1,500
  • Payout Schedule: $750 after the new hire completes 3 months, and the remaining $750 after 12 months.

• Administrative / Support Roles

  • Bonus Amount: $1,000
