WebTPA Referral Bonus Program

WebTPA values talent acquisition through employee referrals, recognizing that our team members are our best asset in identifying and attracting top talent. To incentivize and reward successful referrals, we have established a structured Referral Bonus Program. Below, we provide detailed information on the referral bonuses, particularly for tech and product roles, but also include general details for other positions.

Referral Bonus Structure

Tech/Product Roles

Referrals for tech and product positions are highly encouraged, given the critical nature of these roles in driving innovation and maintaining our competitive edge. Bonuses for these positions are structured as follows:

• Software Engineer, Data Scientist, Product Manager: $2,500
• Senior Software Engineer, Senior Product Manager: $3,500
• Engineering Manager, Director of Product: $5,000

Other Roles

While tech and product roles have a higher bonus due to market demand, we also offer competitive bonuses for other positions within the company:

• Marketing, Sales: $1,500
• Operations, Customer Support: $1,000
• Administrative, HR: $750

Eligibility Criteria

1. Referrer Eligibility:

   • All full-time employees are eligible to participate in the referral program.
   • Employees involved in the hiring process for the referred position are not eligible.

2. Candidate Eligibility:

   • Referred candidates must be external hires with no prior employment history with WebTPA.
   • Candidates must be hired and complete a minimum of 90 days of employment successfully.

3. Submission Process:

   • Referrals must be submitted through the official referral portal with the candidate's resume and contact information.
   • The referrer must ensure the candidate enters their name as the referral source during the application process.
