Our referral bonus program is designed to reward employees who help us identify and hire exceptional candidates for our tech and product roles, as well as other key positions within the company.

Referral Bonus Structure

Tech/Product Roles

• Software Engineers, Product Managers, UX/UI Designers
  • Bonus Amount: $5,000
  • Payout Schedule:
    • 50% after the referred candidate completes their first 90 days.
    • Remaining 50% after the candidate completes six months.

Data Science and Analytics

• Data Scientists, Data Analysts
  • Bonus Amount: $4,000
  • Payout Schedule:
    • 50% after the referred candidate completes their first 90 days.
    • Remaining 50% after the candidate completes six months.

IT and Support Roles

• IT Support Specialists, Network Administrators
  • Bonus Amount: $3,000
  • Payout Schedule:
    • 50% after the referred candidate completes their first 90 days.

Eligibility and Guidelines

• Eligibility: All current Weave employees are eligible to participate in the referral program, except for HR personnel and hiring managers directly involved in the recruitment process for the referred role.
