Referral Bonus Structure
Tech/Product Roles:
- Software Engineer: $3,000
- Product Manager: $3,500
- Data Scientist: $3,000
- UX/UI Designer: $2,500
- DevOps Engineer: $3,000
Other Roles:
- Sales Executive: $2,000
- Customer Support Representative: $1,000
- Human Resources Specialist: $1,500
- Finance Analyst: $1,500
Eligibility Criteria
- The referring employee must be a current Waystar employee at the time of referral and when the bonus is paid out.
- The referred candidate must successfully complete the interview process and be hired for a full-time position.
- The referred candidate must not have previously applied for any position at Waystar in the past 12 months.
- The referral bonus is only applicable to specific roles that are marked as eligible for the program.
Payout Process
- The referral bonus is paid out in two installments:
- First Installment (50%): Paid after the referred candidate has completed 90 days of employment.
- Second Installment (50%): Paid after the referred candidate completes 6 months of employment.
Additional Notes
