Program Overview

The Waldencast Referral Bonus Program applies to all permanent full-time positions, with a special focus on tech and product roles. We encourage all employees to participate by referring skilled professionals from their network.

Eligible Roles

• Tech Roles: Software Engineers, Data Scientists, DevOps Engineers, Cybersecurity Specialists, etc.
• Product Roles: Product Managers, Product Designers, UX Researchers, etc.
• Other Roles: Marketing Specialists, Sales Executives, HR Managers, etc.

Referral Bonus Structure

The referral bonus is structured to reward employees based on the role's demand and the candidate's successful integration into the company. Below are the estimated bonus amounts:

• Tech and Product Roles:
  • Standard Roles: $3,000
  • High-Demand Roles: $5,000 (e.g., Senior Software Engineers, AI Specialists)
• Other Roles:
  • Standard Roles: $1,500
  • High-Demand Roles: $2,500 (e.g., Strategic HR Business Partners)

Payment Process

1. Initial Payment: 50% of the referral bonus is paid after the referred candidate successfully completes 90 days of employment.
2. Final Payment: The remaining 50% is paid after the candidate completes 6 months of employment.

Eligibility Criteria

• The referred candidate must be hired as a full-time employee.
• The referring employee must still be employed at Waldencast at the time of bonus payment.
