- Bonus Amount: $5,000
- Payout Schedule:
- $2,500 after the referred candidate completes 3 months of service.
- $2,500 after the referred candidate completes 12 months of service.

- Bonus Amount: $4,000
- Payout Schedule:
- $2,000 after the referred candidate completes 3 months of service.

Other Roles

Eligibility and Guidelines
- Referrals must be submitted through Walbridge’s internal referral system before the candidate applies.
- The referred candidate must acknowledge the referral during the application process.
- The program is open to all current employees, excluding those at the executive level or within the recruitment team.
- Bonuses are subject to applicable taxes and will be reflected in the employee's paycheck.
