Walbridge is committed to attracting top talent and recognizes the value in employee referrals. Our Referral Bonus Program is designed to reward employees who help us find outstanding candidates that contribute to our success, particularly in tech and product roles.

Referral Bonus Structure

Tech/Product Roles

• Software Engineers, Product Managers, Data Scientists:

  • Bonus Amount: $5,000
  • Payout Schedule:
    • $2,500 after the referred candidate completes 3 months of service.
    • $2,500 after the referred candidate completes 12 months of service.

• UI/UX Designers, DevOps Engineers:

  • Bonus Amount: $4,000
  • Payout Schedule:
    • $2,000 after the referred candidate completes 3 months of service.
    • $2,000 after the referred candidate completes 12 months of service.

Other Roles

• Project Managers, HR Specialists:

  • Bonus Amount: $3,000
  • Payout Schedule:
    • $1,500 after the referred candidate completes 3 months of service.
    • $1,500 after the referred candidate completes 12 months of service.

• Administrative and Support Roles:

  • Bonus Amount: $1,500
  • Payout Schedule:
    • $750 after the referred candidate completes 3 months of service.
    • $750 after the referred candidate completes 12 months of service.

Eligibility and Guidelines

• Referrals must be submitted through Walbridge’s internal referral system before the candidate applies.
• The referred candidate must acknowledge the referral during the application process.
• The program is open to all current employees, excluding those at the executive level or within the recruitment team.
• Bonuses are subject to applicable taxes and will be reflected in the employee's paycheck.
