Referral Bonus Details

Eligibility

• Who Can Refer: All WaFd Bank employees are eligible to participate in the referral program, except for those involved in the recruitment process or decision-making for the referred position.
• Who Can Be Referred: Candidates who are not currently employed by WaFd Bank and have not been interviewed for a position within the last 12 months.

Bonus Structure

The referral bonus varies based on the role and its level within the organization. Below is an estimation of the referral bonuses for different categories:

Tech and Product Roles

• Software Engineer: $2,000
• Product Manager: $2,500
• Data Scientist: $2,500
• UX/UI Designer: $2,000
• DevOps Engineer: $2,500

Other Roles

• Customer Service Representative: $1,000
• Financial Analyst: $1,500
• Branch Manager: $2,000

Payment Terms

• Payment Schedule: The referral bonus is typically paid in two installments. The first installment (50%) is paid after the referred candidate completes 90 days of employment. The remaining 50% is paid after the candidate completes six months of employment.
• Tax Implications: Referral bonuses are subject to applicable taxes and will be included in the referring employee's payroll.
