Referral Bonus Details

Tech/Product Roles

• Referral Bonus Amount: Up to $3,000
• Eligible Positions: Software Engineers, Product Managers, Data Analysts, UX/UI Designers, and other tech-related roles.
• Payout Structure:
  • $1,000 upon the new hire's completion of their first 30 days.
  • $1,000 after the new hire completes 6 months of employment.
  • $1,000 upon the new hire's successful completion of 1 year at the company.

Other Roles

• Referral Bonus Amount: Up to $1,500
• Eligible Positions: Operations, Sales, Human Resources, and other non-tech roles.
• Payout Structure:
  • $500 upon the new hire's completion of their first 30 days.
  • $500 after the new hire completes 6 months of employment.
  • $500 upon the new hire's successful completion of 1 year at the company.

Program Guidelines

1. Eligibility: All current employees, except for HR personnel and hiring managers directly involved in the recruitment process for the referred position, are eligible to participate in the referral program.
2. Referral Submission: Employees must submit a referral through the company's official referral submission system. The referral must be recorded before the candidate applies or is contacted by a recruiter.
3. Candidate Eligibility: Referred candidates must not have applied to Wabash National in the past 12 months.
