Our Referral Bonus Program is designed to reward employees who help us attract skilled professionals, particularly in tech and product roles. Below is a detailed overview of the program, including estimated bonus amounts and eligibility criteria.

Program Overview

The Referral Bonus Program offers financial incentives to employees who refer candidates that are successfully hired and complete a specified period of employment with Vynamic. The program targets various roles, with a focus on tech and product positions, where demand is high.

Bonus Structure

Tech/Product Roles

• Software Engineer: $5,000
• Product Manager: $4,500
• Data Scientist: $5,500
• UX/UI Designer: $4,000
• DevOps Engineer: $5,000

Other Roles

• Sales Executive: $3,000
• Marketing Specialist: $2,500
• HR Coordinator: $2,000

Eligibility Criteria

1. Referrer:

   • Must be a current Vynamic employee at the time of the referral and at the time of the bonus payout.
   • Must submit the referral through the designated referral portal with complete candidate information.

2. Candidate:

   • Must not have applied to Vynamic within the past 12 months.
   • Must be successfully hired and complete a 90-day probationary period.

3. Referral:

   • Must be for a full-time, permanent position.
   • Must result in a successful hire within six months of the referral submission.

Bonus Payment

• The referral bonus is paid out after the referred candidate completes the 90-day probationary period.
• Bonuses are subject to applicable taxes and deductions as per federal and state laws.
