Tech/Product Roles
- Software Engineer: $5,000
- Product Manager: $4,500
- Data Scientist: $5,500
- UX/UI Designer: $4,000

Other Roles

Eligibility Criteria

Referrer:
- Must be a current Vynamic employee at the time of the referral and at the time of the bonus payout.
- Must submit the referral through the designated referral portal with complete candidate information.

- Must not have applied to Vynamic within the past 12 months.
- Must be successfully hired and complete a 90-day probationary period.

- Must be for a full-time, permanent position.
- Must result in a successful hire within six months of the referral submission.
Bonus Payment
- The referral bonus is paid out after the referred candidate completes the 90-day probationary period.
