At VWO, we value the power of referrals and believe that great talent knows great talent. Our referral bonus program is designed to incentivize our employees to help us find exceptional candidates for our open positions, particularly in tech and product roles. Below are the details of our referral bonus structure and estimates.

Referral Bonus Structure

Tech/Product Roles

• Software Engineers: $3,000
• Product Managers: $3,000
• Data Scientists: $3,000
• UX/UI Designers: $2,500
• DevOps Engineers: $3,000

Other Roles

• Sales Executives: $2,000
• Marketing Managers: $2,000
• Customer Success Managers: $2,000

Eligibility and Payment

• Eligibility: All full-time employees of VWO are eligible to participate in the referral program.
• Referral Submission: Referrals must be submitted through the official referral portal or email to the HR department with the candidate's resume and job position of interest.
• Payment Schedule: The referral bonus will be paid out after the referred candidate completes 90 days of employment with VWO.
• Multiple Referrals: If multiple employees refer the same candidate, the bonus will be awarded to the employee who submitted the referral first.

Considering the average number of successful referrals and the current demand for tech/product roles, we estimate the following annual payouts for active participants in the referral program:

• Average Active Referrer:
  • 5 successful referrals across various roles:
    • Estimated bonus: $10,500
• Occasional Referrer:
  • 2 successful referrals in tech
