Referral Bonus Structure

Tech/Product Roles

1. Software Engineer/Developer

   • Bonus Amount: $5,000
   • Eligibility: Full-time, permanent positions
   • Payout Schedule:
     • $2,500 after the referred candidate completes 90 days of employment
     • $2,500 after the referred candidate completes 6 months of employment

2. Product Manager

   • Bonus Amount: $4,000
   • Eligibility: Full-time, permanent positions
   • Payout Schedule:
     • $2,000 after the referred candidate completes 90 days of employment
     • $2,000 after the referred candidate completes 6 months of employment

3. UX/UI Designer

   • Bonus Amount: $3,500
   • Eligibility: Full-time, permanent positions
   • Payout Schedule:
     • $1,750 after the referred candidate completes 90 days of employment
     • $1,750 after the referred candidate completes 6 months of employment

Other Roles

1. Sales Executive

   • Bonus Amount: $3,000
   • Eligibility: Full-time, permanent positions
   • Payout Schedule:
     • $1,500 after the referred candidate completes 90 days of employment
     • $1,500 after the referred candidate completes 6 months of employment
