Referral Bonus Structure

Tech/Product Roles

• Software Engineers, Data Scientists, Product Managers, etc.
  • Bonus Amount: $5,000
  • Payment Schedule:
    • 50% of the bonus is paid after the referred candidate completes 90 days of employment.
    • The remaining 50% is paid after the candidate completes their first year at Vontier.

Other Roles

• Non-Tech Roles (e.g., Marketing, Sales, HR)
  • Bonus Amount: $2,500
  • Payment Schedule:
    • 50% of the bonus is paid after the referred candidate completes 90 days of employment.
    • The remaining 50% is paid after the candidate completes their first year at Vontier.

Eligibility Requirements

• Current Employees: Only active employees are eligible to participate in the referral program.
• Referred Candidates: Must not have applied to Vontier within the past 12 months.
• Successful Placement: The candidate must be successfully hired and pass the initial probationary period.
• Role Relevance: The referral bonus is applicable only if the candidate is hired for a full-time position.
