Referral Bonus Structure

Tech/Product Roles

1. Software Engineer

   • Referral Bonus: Up to $5,000
   • Eligibility: The referred candidate must successfully complete a 90-day probationary period.

2. Product Manager

   • Referral Bonus: Up to $4,500
   • Eligibility: Payable after the referred candidate remains employed for 90 days.

3. Data Scientist

   • Referral Bonus: Up to $5,000
   • Eligibility: The bonus is processed once the candidate completes 90 days of employment.

4. UX/UI Designer

   • Referral Bonus: Up to $4,000
   • Eligibility: The referrer receives the bonus after the referred candidate's 90-day tenure.

Other Roles

1. Marketing Specialist

   • Referral Bonus: Up to $3,000
   • Eligibility: Bonus is awarded after a 90-day period of successful employment of the referred candidate.

2. Sales Executive

   • Referral Bonus: Up to $4,000
   • Eligibility: The bonus is paid once the candidate remains in the role for at least 90 days.

3. Human Resources Generalist

   • Referral Bonus: Up to $2,500
   • Eligibility: Payable after the referred candidate completes 90 days with the company.
