Referral Bonus Structure

The referral bonus is structured to incentivize employees to refer candidates who align with our company values and possess the skills necessary to excel in their roles. Here’s a detailed breakdown of the referral bonuses:

Tech & Product Roles

• Software Engineers (Frontend/Backend/Full Stack): $5,000
• Data Scientists/Analysts: $4,500
• Product Managers: $4,000
• UX/UI Designers: $4,000
• DevOps Engineers: $4,500
• Quality Assurance Engineers: $3,500

Other Roles

• Sales Professionals: $3,000
• Marketing Specialists: $3,000
• Customer Support Representatives: $2,000
• Administrative Staff: $1,500

Bonus Payment Process

1. Eligibility: All active full-time employees of Vital Energy are eligible to participate in the referral program. The referred candidate must not have been previously contacted by our recruitment team or have applied to any position within the last 12 months.

2. Payment Schedule: The referral bonus is paid out in two installments:

   • First Installment (50%): Paid after the referred candidate completes their first 90 days of employment.
   • Second Installment (50%): Paid after the referred candidate completes six months of employment.

3. Referral Submission: To submit a referral, employees must complete the referral form available on the company’s internal portal and submit the candidate’s resume.

4. Multiple Referrals: In cases where multiple employees refer the same candidate, the referral bonus will be awarded to the
