At Vista Del Mar Child and Family Services, we value the power of community and the importance of building a talented team. To encourage and reward employees for helping us find exceptional candidates, we are excited to introduce our Referral Bonus Program. This program is designed to incentivize our team to refer qualified candidates, particularly for tech and product roles, but applicable across all open positions.

Referral Bonus for Tech/Product Roles

Bonus Structure

• Software Engineer: $3,000
• Product Manager: $2,500
• Data Scientist: $3,500
• UI/UX Designer: $2,000
• QA Engineer: $2,000

Payment Schedule

• 50% of the bonus will be paid after the referred candidate completes three months of employment.
• The remaining 50% will be paid after the referred candidate completes six months of employment.

Referral Bonus for Other Roles

While we have a strong focus on tech and product roles, we also offer referral bonuses for other positions within our organization.

Bonus Structure

• Social Worker: $1,500
• Administrative Staff: $1,000
• Counselor: $1,500
• Educator: $1,200

Payment Schedule

• 50% of the bonus will be paid after the referred candidate completes three months of employment.
• The remaining 50% will be paid after the referred candidate completes six months of employment.

How to Participate

1. Submit a Referral: Provide the candidate's resume and any relevant information to our HR department using the referral link on our internal portal.
2. Track the Process: Our HR team will keep you updated on the status of your referral.
3. Receive Your Bonus: Upon successful hiring and completion of the designated employment period
