Tech/Product Roles

Eligibility Criteria

1. Referrer Eligibility: All full-time employees of Vintage Wine Estates are eligible to participate in the referral program, with the exception of those directly involved in the hiring process for the referred position.

2. Candidate Eligibility: The candidate must be a new applicant to Vintage Wine Estates. Former employees or candidates already in the recruitment process are not eligible as referrals.

3. Successful Hire: The referred candidate must be successfully hired and complete a minimum of 90 days in their role for the referrer to receive the bonus.

Process

1. Submission: Referrals should be submitted through the company's internal referral portal or via email to the HR department, including the candidate’s resume and the role they are being referred for.

2. Acknowledgment: You will receive an acknowledgment email confirming the receipt of your referral.

3. Interview and Hiring: The candidate will undergo the standard recruitment process. If hired, you will be notified once the candidate completes the 90-day tenure requirement
