At View, Inc., we understand that great talent knows great talent. Our referral bonus program is designed to incentivize our employees to refer top candidates, particularly in tech and product roles. Below is a detailed overview of our referral bonus system, including estimates and potential earnings for successful referrals.

Referral Bonus Structure

Tech/Product Roles

• Software Engineer, Product Manager, Data Scientist, UX/UI Designer:
  • Bonus Amount: $5,000
  • Payout Schedule:
    • $2,500 paid after 3 months of the referred candidate’s employment.
    • $2,500 paid after 1 year of the referred candidate’s employment.

Other Roles

• Sales, Marketing, Operations, HR, etc.:
  • Bonus Amount: $3,000
  • Payout Schedule:
    • $1,500 paid after 3 months of the referred candidate’s employment.
    • $1,500 paid after 1 year of the referred candidate’s employment.

Eligibility Criteria

• The referral must be submitted before the candidate applies for the position.
• Both the referrer and the referred candidate must be active employees at the time of bonus payout.
• The referred candidate must not have been previously employed by View, Inc. within the past 12 months.

Estimate Example for Tech/Product Roles

• Scenario: An employee refers two software engineers in a year, both of whom are hired and stay for at least a year.
• Total Potential Earnings:
  • $10,000
  • Breakdown: $5,000 for each successful referral ($2,500 at 3 months, $2,500 at 12 months).

• Complete the referral form with the candidate’s resume and contact information.
