Below is a detailed overview of the program, focusing on tech/product roles, but applicable to other positions as well.

Program Overview

The Referral Bonus Program is designed to reward employees who refer qualified candidates for open positions. Bonuses are paid out once the referred candidate is successfully hired and meets the initial employment milestones.

Eligibility

• Referrer: Must be a current employee of Viemed Healthcare.
• Referral: Must be a candidate not already in our recruiting database or someone who has not applied within the past 12 months.

Bonus Amounts

The referral bonus varies based on the role being filled. Below are estimates for different categories:

Tech/Product Roles

• Software Engineer/Developer: $3,000
• Product Manager: $3,500
• Data Scientist/Analyst: $3,000
• UX/UI Designer: $2,500
• DevOps Engineer: $3,000

Other Roles

• Sales Executive: $2,000
• Clinical Specialist: $1,500
• Customer Support Representative: $1,000

Payment Schedule

The referral bonus is paid out in two installments:

1. First Half: Paid after the referred employee completes 90 days of employment.
2. Second Half: Paid after the referred employee completes 6 months of employment.

Additional Details

• Multiple Referrals: If a candidate is referred by more than one employee, the referral bonus will be awarded to the first referrer as determined by the timestamp of the referral submission.
• Tax Implications: Referral bonuses are subject to applicable taxes and will be processed through payroll.
