Referral Bonus Structure

Tech/Product Roles

• Software Engineers

  • Bonus Amount: $3,000
  • Eligibility: Full-time positions only
  • Payment Schedule:
    • 50% after the candidate completes 3 months
    • Remaining 50% after 12 months

• Product Managers

  • Bonus Amount: $3,500
  • Eligibility: Full-time positions
  • Payment Schedule:
    • 50% after the candidate completes 3 months
    • Remaining 50% after 12 months

Other Roles

• Sales & Marketing

  • Bonus Amount: $2,000
  • Eligibility: Full-time positions
  • Payment Schedule:
    • 50% after the candidate completes 3 months
    • Remaining 50% after 12 months

• Administrative & Support

  • Bonus Amount: $1,500
  • Eligibility: Full-time positions
  • Payment Schedule:
    • 50% after the candidate completes 3 months
    • Remaining 50% after 12 months

General Conditions

• Eligibility: All current employees, excluding HR personnel and hiring managers involved in the hiring process for the referred position.
• Referral Process: The referred candidate must include the referring employee's name on their application or resume.
• Candidate Eligibility: The candidate must not have applied to Vicor in the past 12 months.
• Employment Status: Bonuses are only applicable for full-time positions.
