Viatris Referral Bonus Program

Viatris values the contribution of its employees in building a talented team. To encourage current employees to refer qualified candidates, Viatris offers a competitive referral bonus program. This program is especially rewarding for referrals in key areas such as tech and product roles, but it also extends to other positions within the company.

How the Referral Bonus Program Works

1. Eligibility: All full-time Viatris employees are eligible to participate in the referral program. However, employees involved in the hiring process for a specific position are not eligible to receive a bonus for that position.

2. Referral Submission: To qualify for the referral bonus, employees must submit the candidate's information through the official referral portal before the candidate applies for the position.

3. Bonus Structure: The bonus amounts are tiered based on the role of the successful referral. Below are the estimated referral bonuses for different categories:

   • Tech/Product Roles:

     • Software Engineers: $3,000
     • Product Managers: $3,500
     • Data Scientists: $3,200
     • DevOps Engineers: $3,000

   • Other Roles:

     • Sales & Marketing: $1,500
     • Finance & Accounting: $1,200
     • Human Resources: $1,000

4. Payment Terms: The referral bonus is paid out in two installments:

   • First Installment: 50% of the bonus is paid after the referred candidate has successfully completed 90 days of employment.
   • Second Installment: The remaining 50% is paid after the referred candidate completes one year of employment.

5. Conditions:

   • The referred candidate must be hired for a full-time position.
