   • Criteria: Successful hire must complete 90 days of employment.

2. Product Manager

   • Bonus Amount: $4,000
   • Criteria: Successful hire must complete 90 days of employment.

3. Data Scientist

   • Bonus Amount: $5,000
   • Criteria: Successful hire must complete 90 days of employment.

4. UX/UI Designer

   • Bonus Amount: $3,500
   • Criteria: Successful hire must complete 90 days of employment.

1. Marketing Specialist

Program Guidelines

• Eligibility: All full-time employees of Viant Technology are eligible to participate in the referral bonus program. Part-time employees, interns, and contractors are not eligible.

• Payment Schedule: Referral bonuses are paid out after the referred employee has successfully completed 90 days
