Referral Bonus Details
Eligibility
- Who Can Refer: All current Vestis employees, except those directly involved in the recruiting process (e.g., HR and hiring managers for the specific role).
- Who Can Be Referred: External candidates who are not currently employed by Vestis or have not been employed by Vestis in the past 12 months.
Bonus Structure
Our referral bonuses vary based on the role being filled, with a particular emphasis on tech and product positions due to their critical impact on our business. Below is the bonus structure for various roles:
Tech/Product Roles
- Software Engineer: $3,000
- Product Manager: $3,500
- Data Scientist: $3,500
- UX/UI Designer: $2,500
- DevOps Engineer: $3,000
Other Roles
- Sales Executive: $2,000

Payment Terms
- The referred candidate must successfully complete a probationary period of 90 days.
- The referral bonus is paid out in the payroll cycle following the completion of the probationary period.
