At Verista Inc., we recognize the value of growing our team with talented individuals through the trusted recommendations of our existing employees. Our referral bonus program is designed to reward employees who help bring in top-tier talent, particularly in tech and product roles, although it is applicable to other roles as well.

Referral Bonus Details

Tech and Product Roles

• Roles Included: Software Engineers, Product Managers, Data Scientists, UX/UI Designers, DevOps Engineers, etc.
• Bonus Amount: $5,000 per successful hire.
• Disbursement:
  • 50% of the bonus is paid out after the new hire completes 3 months of employment.
  • The remaining 50% is paid after the new hire completes 12 months of employment.

Other Roles

• Roles Included: Marketing, Sales, HR, Finance, Customer Support, etc.
• Bonus Amount: $2,500 per successful hire.
• Disbursement:
  • 50% of the bonus is paid out after the new hire completes 3 months of employment.
  • The remaining 50% is paid after the new hire completes 12 months of employment.

How to Participate

1. Identify a Candidate: Think of qualified professionals in your network who would be a great fit for Verista Inc.
2. Submit a Referral: Use the internal referral portal to submit the candidate's information and resume.
3. Tracking: You will receive updates on the status of your referral throughout the interview process.

Eligibility

• All full-time employees are eligible to participate in the referral bonus program.
• The program excludes hiring managers and HR personnel directly involved in the recruitment process for the specific role being referred.

Terms and Conditions

• The referred candidate must not have applied to Verista Inc. within the past 12 months.
• Only one bonus is granted
