Tech and Product Roles
- Roles Included: Software Engineers, Product Managers, Data Scientists, UX/UI Designers, DevOps Engineers, etc.
- Bonus Amount: $5,000 per successful hire.
- Disbursement:
- 50% of the bonus is paid out after the new hire completes 3 months of employment.
- The remaining 50% is paid after the new hire completes 12 months of employment.
Other Roles
- Roles Included: Marketing, Sales, HR, Finance, Customer Support, etc.
- Bonus Amount: $2,500 per successful hire.
- Disbursement:
- 50% of the bonus is paid out after the new hire completes 3 months of employment.

How to Participate

Eligibility
