• Payment Schedule:
  • 50% is paid after the referred candidate completes 90 days of employment.
  • The remaining 50% is paid after the referred candidate completes one year of employment.

Non-Tech Roles

• Eligibility: Applies to roles in HR, Marketing, Sales, etc.
• Bonus Amount: For non-tech roles, the referral bonus is generally $2,500.
• Payment Schedule:
  • 50% is paid after the referred candidate completes 90 days of employment.

Referral Process
