Referral Bonus Structure
Tech/Product Roles
For roles in our tech and product departments, where specialized skills and expertise are crucial, we offer a lucrative referral bonus:
- Senior Software Engineer: $3,000
- Product Manager: $2,500
- Data Scientist: $2,500
- UX/UI Designer: $2,000
Other Roles
While our primary focus is on tech and product roles, we also value referrals for other positions within Vericel. The bonus amounts for these roles are as follows:
- Sales Representative: $1,500
- Marketing Specialist: $1,200
- Customer Support Analyst: $1,000
Eligibility and Payment
- Eligibility: All full-time employees of Vericel are eligible to participate in the referral bonus program, with the exception of HR team members and hiring managers for the specific roles being referred.
- Payment Schedule: Referral bonuses are paid out in two installments. The first half is paid after the referred employee successfully completes their first 90 days of employment. The remaining half is paid after the referred employee reaches their six-month employment milestone.
