Referral Bonus Structure

• Tech/Product Roles: Employees who refer candidates for tech and product positions are eligible for a referral bonus of $5,000 upon the successful hiring and completion of the referred candidate’s probationary period.
• Other Roles: For roles outside of tech and product, the referral bonus is $3,000. This applies to positions in departments such as marketing, sales, HR, and more.

Eligibility Criteria

• Current Employees: Only current full-time employees of Verastem Oncology are eligible to participate in the referral program.
• Referred Candidates: Must be new to Verastem Oncology with no previous applications or interviews within the last 12 months.
• Successful Hiring: The referred candidate must be successfully hired and complete a probationary period of 90 days for the referrer to be eligible for the bonus.

Payment Details
