Referral Bonus Structure

Tech/Product Roles

1. Software Engineers, Data Scientists, Product Managers

   • Bonus Amount: $5,000
   • Eligibility:
     • Referred candidate must be hired and complete a probationary period of 90 days.
     • The referring employee must be actively employed at the time of payout.
   • Payment Schedule:
     • 50% upon completion of the probationary period.
     • Remaining 50% after the referred candidate completes six months of employment.

2. UX/UI Designers, DevOps Engineers, QA Engineers

   • Bonus Amount: $4,000
   • Eligibility:
     • Referred candidate must be hired and complete a probationary period of 90 days.
     • The referring employee must be actively employed at the time of payout.
   • Payment Schedule:
     • 50% upon completion of the probationary period.
     • Remaining 50% after the referred candidate completes six months of employment.

Other Roles

1. Sales, Marketing, HR, Finance
   • Bonus Amount: $3,000
   • Eligibility:
     • Referred candidate must be hired and complete a probationary period of 90 days.
     • The referring employee must be actively employed at the time of payout.
   • Payment Schedule:
