Venu Holding Corporation is committed to attracting top talent and recognizes the value of employee referrals in achieving this goal. Our referral bonus program is designed to incentivize current employees to refer qualified candidates for open positions, with a focus on tech and product roles, although referrals for other positions are also encouraged.

Referral Bonus Structure

Tech/Product Roles:

• Software Engineers, Data Scientists, Product Managers:

  • Referral Bonus: $5,000
  • Payout Schedule:
    • $2,500 upon the new hire's start date
    • $2,500 after the new hire completes 6 months of employment

• UX/UI Designers, DevOps Engineers:

  • Referral Bonus: $4,000
  • Payout Schedule:
    • $2,000 upon the new hire's start date
    • $2,000 after the new hire completes 6 months of employment

Other Roles:

• Marketing, Sales, Operations:

  • Referral Bonus: $3,000
  • Payout Schedule:
    • $1,500 upon the new hire's start date
    • $1,500 after the new hire completes 6 months of employment

• Administrative, Support Staff:

  • Referral Bonus: $1,500
  • Payout Schedule:
    • $750 upon the new hire's start date
    • $750 after the new hire completes 6 months of employment

Program Guidelines

1. Eligibility: All current employees of Venu Holding Corporation are eligible to participate in the referral bonus program, except for HR personnel and hiring managers directly involved in the recruitment process for the referred position.

2. Referral Process:

   • Referrals must be submitted through the company’s internal referral portal for tracking purposes.
