This program is particularly focused on sourcing candidates for tech and product roles, though it extends to other positions as well.

Referral Bonus Details

Tech/Product Roles

• Eligible Positions: Software Engineers, Product Managers, UX/UI Designers, Data Scientists, DevOps Engineers.
• Bonus Amount: $5,000
• Payout Structure:
  • 50% upon the new hire's completion of 3 months.
  • 50% upon the new hire's completion of 6 months.

Other Roles

• Eligible Positions: Sales, Marketing, HR, Finance, Operations.
• Bonus Amount: $2,500
• Payout Structure:
  • 50% upon the new hire's completion of 3 months.
  • 50% upon the new hire's completion of 6 months.

Referral Process

1. Submission: Referrals must be submitted through the internal employee portal or via email to the HR department.
2. Tracking: Employees will receive a confirmation email when their referral is successfully submitted and tracked.
3. Notification: Employees will be notified of their referral status as the recruitment process progresses.

Terms and Conditions

• Eligibility: All full-time employees of Venture Global, except HR team members directly involved in recruiting, are eligible to participate.
• Candidate Criteria: Referred candidates must be new to Venture Global (not previously applied or interviewed in the past year).
