Referral Bonus Structure

Tech/Product Roles

For tech and product roles, we offer a competitive referral bonus due to the specialized skills and expertise required. The bonus is structured as follows:

• Junior Positions (e.g., Junior Software Developer, Associate Product Manager)
  • Referral Bonus: $1,000
• Mid-level Positions (e.g., Software Developer, Product Manager)
  • Referral Bonus: $2,000
• Senior Positions (e.g., Senior Software Developer, Senior Product Manager, Tech Lead)
  • Referral Bonus: $3,000

Other Roles

While tech and product roles are a major focus, referrals for other positions are also encouraged. Here is the bonus structure for non-tech/product roles:

• Junior to Mid-level Positions (e.g., Sales Associate, Marketing Coordinator)
  • Referral Bonus: $500
• Senior Positions (e.g., Sales Manager, HR Director)
  • Referral Bonus: $1,500

Eligibility and Payment

• Eligibility: All full-time employees are eligible to participate in the referral bonus program. Referrals must be submitted through the official referral process to qualify.
• Payment: The referral bonus is paid out in two installments. The first half is paid after the referred candidate completes their first 90 days of employment. The second half is paid after the candidate completes six months of employment.
• Conditions: The referred candidate must remain employed with Vena Solutions and in good standing for the employee
