Referral Bonus Structure

Eligibility

• All full-time VBI Vaccines employees are eligible to participate in the referral program.
• Referrals must be submitted through the official referral portal or designated HR email.
• The referred candidate must successfully pass the probation period (typically 90 days) for the bonus to be awarded.

Bonus Amounts

• Tech/Product Roles: $3,000 per successful referral.
• Other Roles: $1,500 per successful referral.

Tech/Product Roles

• Annual Hiring Goal: 20 new hires through referrals.
• Total Potential Bonus Payout:
  • 20 hires * $3,000 = $60,000

Other Roles

• Annual Hiring Goal: 10 new hires through referrals.
• Total Potential Bonus Payout:
  • 10 hires * $1,500 = $15,000

Total Annual Referral Bonus Budget
