Referral Bonus Structure
Tech/Product Roles
- Software Engineer: Employees who refer a successful candidate for a Software Engineer position will receive a referral bonus of $5,000.
- Product Manager: For a successful referral of a Product Manager, the bonus is $4,500.
- Data Scientist: A referral leading to a hire in a Data Scientist role will earn a bonus of $4,000.
- UX/UI Designer: A successful referral for a UX/UI Designer position brings a bonus of $3,500.
- DevOps Engineer: Employees referring successful candidates for DevOps Engineer roles will receive $4,000.
Other Roles
- Research Scientist: The referral bonus for a successful hire in this role is $3,500.
- Quality Assurance Specialist: A successful referral in QA will earn a bonus of $3,000.
