Varonis Referral Bonus Overview

At Varonis, employee referrals are a crucial part of our recruitment strategy, especially for tech and product roles. We believe that our employees are best positioned to identify and recommend top talent, and we offer a competitive referral bonus to incentivize this process.

Referral Bonus Structure

Tech/Product Roles

• Software Engineers (All Levels): $3,000
• Product Managers: $3,000
• Data Scientists: $3,000
• UX/UI Designers: $2,500
• DevOps Engineers: $3,000

Other Roles

• Sales Representatives: $2,000
• Customer Support Specialists: $1,500
• Marketing Specialists: $2,000
• HR & Recruitment Specialists: $1,500

Bonus Payment Process

1. Eligibility: The referring employee must be on the Varonis payroll at the time of the referred candidate’s hiring and when the bonus is paid.
2. Qualified Candidates: The referral bonus applies only to candidates who are hired for full-time positions and have not applied to Varonis in the past 12 months.
3. Payment Timeline: The referral bonus is paid out in two installments:
   • First Installment (50%): After the referred employee completes 90 days of employment.
   • Second Installment (50%): After the referred employee completes 6 months of employment.

Additional Guidelines

• Multiple Referrals: If a candidate is referred by more than one employee, the bonus will be awarded to the first referring employee based on the timestamp of the referral submission.
• Submission Process: Referrals must be submitted through the official Varonis employee referral platform or via email to the HR department with the candidate’s resume and relevant details.
• Exclusions: Executive-level positions and internships may have different referral bonuses, which will be communicated on
