Referral Bonus Structure

Tech/Product Roles

• Entry Level (e.g., Junior Software Engineer): $2,000
• Mid-Level (e.g., Software Engineer, Data Analyst): $3,500

Referral Process

1. Submit a Referral: Employees can submit a referral by sending the candidate's resume along with a completed referral form to the HR department.

2. Candidate Evaluation: The referred candidate will undergo the standard recruitment process.

3. Bonus Eligibility: The referring employee becomes eligible for the bonus once the referred candidate has been employed with Varian for a continuous period of 90 days.
