How It Works

When you refer a candidate to VanHack and they get hired for a position, you are eligible to receive a referral bonus. The process is simple:

1. Referral Submission: Submit your referral through the VanHack referral portal. Ensure you provide accurate and complete information about the candidate.

2. Placement Confirmation: If your referred candidate is placed in a job through VanHack, the hiring needs to be confirmed and the candidate must remain employed for a designated period.

3. Referral Bonus Payment: Once the candidate completes their probationary period, you receive your referral bonus.

Bonus Structure

The referral bonus varies depending on the type of role and the seniority level of the position. Below are the estimated bonuses for various categories:

Tech/Product Roles

• Junior Positions:
