How It Works

  1. Eligibility:

    • All full-time employees are eligible to participate in the referral program, except for those in the HR department or those directly involved in the hiring decision for the referred position.
  2. Referral Process:

    • Submit the candidate's resume and details through our internal referral portal.
    • Ensure the candidate is aware of the referral and consents to their information being shared with Value Line.
  3. Bonus Structure:
