Value Line Referral Bonus Program

At Value Line, we recognize the importance of building a team with top-tier talent. To support this mission, we offer a Referral Bonus Program designed to reward employees who help us connect with exceptional candidates. This program is particularly focused on tech and product roles, but it extends to other departments as well.

How It Works

1. Eligibility:

   • All full-time employees are eligible to participate in the referral program, except for those in the HR department or those directly involved in the hiring decision for the referred position.

2. Referral Process:

   • Submit the candidate's resume and details through our internal referral portal.
   • Ensure the candidate is aware of the referral and consents to their information being shared with Value Line.

3. Bonus Structure:

   • The referral bonus is structured based on the role's level and department. Below are the estimated bonus amounts:

4. Payout Conditions:

   • The bonus is paid out after the referred candidate has successfully completed 90 days of employment.
   • The referring employee must be actively employed at Value Line at the time of payout.

5. Exclusions:

   • Referrals of former employees, contractors, or candidates already in our recruitment process are not eligible for the referral bonus.
