• Software Engineer: $3,000
• Product Manager: $3,500
• Data Analyst: $2,500
• IT Specialist: $2,000

The bonus is usually paid out in two installments:

• 50% after the referred candidate completes 90 days of employment.
• The remaining 50% after the referred candidate completes 6 months of employment.
